A teacher's diary
Good evening!
These three last days have been exhausting! But I can't complain, and I'll tell you why... On Monday, another group of teachers joined us, so we formed a big group of 30 students. That obviously was too big to work. We were divided and mixed into two groups.
We had a lecturer in the morning, and another different one in the afternoon. We worked on vocabulary for the classroom, expressions, story-telling, etc.
On Tuesday, we had a day trip to visit Tunbridge Wells, Rye and Kent Villages. We had an awesome walk through the county of Kent, called as well, the garden of England, because of the hundreds of amazing and lovely gardens they have.
We had a very nice and warm cream tea, which is a very old way to have the tea in This part of the country. Ah! And of course, we celebrated that the future king of England was born the day before!
And finally today, we have been working with Ulla Schaefer, she is a retired teacher from Germany, who has worked as a foreign Language teacher for many years. We will be working with her during the week.
Keeping my mind open wide, is the best I can do.
Have a great week!!!

A teacher's diary
Hello again...
Time flies, and the first week has gone! We have had two very interesting lessons this week.
The lecturer for the first lesson was David Deadman, a man who was born in Scotland, raised in Kent, England... And worked for many years in Buenos Aires, Argentina... An excellent way to start the week. He gave us some clues, or ideas to survive to " phrasal verbs and prepositions." Our Second lecturer, Christopher Croft, was a man from England who had worked in Buenos Aires as well. He is an English grammar teacher. I found his lesson clear, practical and entertaining.
Both teachers, David and Christopher, had been very very helpful. It is difficult to teach lots of things in a day or two, but they got to do it! And now, I just have to practice what I have learnt!
I post several pictures, so you can see the place where we are studying and learning, always learning. You can see a picture of the whole group of teachers attending the course.
It's beeing an amazing experience!
Thanks for reading these lines... I' ll keep writing. Take care!

A teacher's diary
Hi there everyone! I have been quite busy these two days. I' ll tell you what I have been doing since I got to Maidstone.
As I told you, I was very excited to start with the course. The first day, I met my mate Ulrika, she is from Sweden, and she is a teacher as well. We share the same house, and we go to the course together. There are eleven more teachers, from eight different countries.
They have impressed me a lot, because they share the same feeling as I do, we all want to improve our teaching. This experience, encourages me to keep an open mind to new ideas and to new ways to understand education.
I'll post some pictures taken yesterday and today. The first ones from Leeds Castle, and the other ones from London. We have gone to visit the city in the middle of the biggest heatwave in seven years... We are very lucky, aren't we?
I hope you enjoy them as much as I do. Have a lovely weekend!

A teacher's diary
Hello everyone!
I'd like to tell you about a new project that started some months ago. I wanted to do something different and I tried several webs to find a grant that allowed me to improve and learn new things about education. That's how I found the Comenius grant for teachers. Finally, after preparing everything, and waiting... I got it!
Here I am, ready to live new experiences and open to change my world a little bit. I will share it with you!
